This is gonna be the HTML/CSS layout isn't it? In this case I think the wall following the cursor is obsolete - I rarely find it convenient as it adds nothing to usability but requires some little extra of efforts in mouse handling. And people with little mouse movements abilitites (casual users) find it especially hard to use such controls.
If the task is to present a lot of goods on the home page I would rather make a vertical scroll bar (may customly designed) with goods loaded by ajax requests upon scroll.
Goods photos are very nice - they are consistent, simple and yet demonstrative (if the photos are not provided by the client you should really stress on following this consistancy - clients often tend to save on that and dont always understand that it kills site quality).
With little tweaking this is gonna be a nice shop. Hope you'll carry it through and we'll see it working online. Good luck!
"the moving wall" was dropped during implementation, so there will be no interactive element on main page. This wasn't my decision. I'm quite stubborn and when I have an idea i want to realize it on 100%.
I've prepared first version of the project and that was all what I could do.
For now I dont know how the project will end.
